convenient location quality furniture
I appreciated the convenient location near a supermarket and bus station (it was really useful for getting around). The apartment had good quality furniture and kitchen utensils. Free bus passes were a nice touch, even though parking cost £15 per night.

helpful staff gym equipment restaurant choice
i found the reception staff helpful. the gym had a good selection of equipment. local restaurants provided many choices for dining.
the underground parking required a key card for lift access i didn't have at first.

An oasis of calm and comfort!
stocked kitchen stylish furniture ample storage open-plan room
I adored the fully stocked kitchen. It had everything I could possibly need. The stylish furniture really gave the place a romantic touch. I found lots of storage space, and the open-plan room was so beautiful.
I noticed a small amount of dust on one of the shelves. It was very minor though.

The hotel is located in a new, upscale area. It is also near Girton College. There is a bus stop right outside. I found the area quiet and safe for evening walks.

lumpy pillows missing skirting
the kettle in my room needed descaling because the water was grey. spare pillows were lumpy, not comfortable at all. the rain shower only worked partially, which i found annoying. i also noticed missing skirting boards in the kitchen under the sink it was a really bad experience.

the apartments are well-designed. it felt cosy with all essential amenities at hand. the facilities in the apartment were excellent too!!! there was plenty of space and good quality furniture.
I noticed very slight wear on the sliding panels. They looked a bit older than the room itself.

friendly staff modern design romantic atmosphere old kettle old pillows impractical shower
the staff are friendly and helpful souls. everything felt clean and it has a modern flair. the design and color in the room created this romantic atmosphere for us.
the kettle needed descaling, it showed it was old. the spare pillows needed replacement as the filling was all broken up, i think it was time to change them. only half of the rain shower worked, it was not very practical.

modern room clean style parking situation faulty light
The room was modern, clean, and stylish. i appreciated that sainsbury's was just down the road. It made getting supplies easy.
The parking situation was not great. i was told to pay for parking, but i found out you can park on the streets outside for free overnight. That was frustrating, also the light above the bathroom mirror wasn't working properly. Shaving was difficult.
